Content Marketing Intern - Veracode

Veracode is looking for a Content Marketing Intern to help execute on our content marketing strategy. This role reports to the Director, Corporate Communications, and is based in Burlington, MA.

The right candidate will have strong writing skills and a desire to learn content marketing best practices. He or she will be asked to assist on larger content marketing projects in addition to their everyday responsibilities. These responsibilities include: executing our blog subscriber program as well as writing email and landing page content, promoting content assets via social media as well as create copy for our nurture programs.

Responsibilities

• Working with our content management system to add blog posts and update nurture emails
• Managing approval flows for content
• Posting in social media and managing social media account for content
• Writing content as assigned
• Attend content planning meetings and contribute to content ideas

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years' experience
• Pursuing bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, PR, English or related fields.
• Desire to understand content marketing as well as the application security industry
• Experience with Marketo, Content Management Systems and HTLM a plus.
