Banking Managing Associate - London Located within the Finance & Projects Division, our Banking Group is a national team with significant resource in each of our offices in London, Leeds and Manchester. The Group acts for a wide variety of banks and financial institutions. We also act for some of the Firm's corporate and property clients in relation to their financing requirements. We are looking for an experienced associate, with at least five years' experience of banking law, to work on a variety of banking matters, but with a primary focus on corporate banking and leveraged finance representing banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers. We would like you to have a strong track record in corporate banking, leveraged finance and private equity backed transactions. Ideally, you will have experience of managing a team of less experienced lawyers and of leading on transactions, therefore experience of managing client relationships is a must. This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development for the right candidate.
