A well respected local authority are looking for an Senior Estates Surveyor to pro-actively asset manage their Commercial Investment Portfolio and Operational Estate.
This role includes all aspects of asset and estate management, including negotiations for lease renewals and rent reviews, managing asset valuations, acquisitions and disposals, alongside providing property advise and support to clients, stakeholders and Councillors.
Ideally the candidate will be MRICS and its for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential extend or join the team on a permanent basis. Please note, my client will also offer flexible working.
