Service Engineer - Rail - Newbury

The Rail team of an engineering consultancy based within the Newbury area is looking for a Service Engineer.

You will carry out inspections, repairs and maintenance of all company Plant machinery and equipment both on base and on call at project sites.

Requirements are-

• HNC of Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working with hydraulic equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software's
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Duties will be-

• Ensure all machines are serviced and ready for use, in clean and safe working order
• Maintain accurate and up to date service and records for auditing
• Maintain the workshop in a clean and safe manner

You will also be required to assist maintenance work on call when necessary. This may include some evenings and weekends.
