35 hours per week Grade C of Minds Salary scales Fixed term for 6 months Based in Stratford, London. This is an exciting time to join an expanding team and a growing organisation. You will support the HR Business Partners with their delivery of front line HR services and overview of best HR practice by providing a comprehensive administration and customer focused service in responding to different HR queries and issues. You will be responsible for coordinating key HR processes including recruitment, payroll administration, end of probation reviews, end of fixed-term contracts, maternity / paternity leave, buying & selling leave and answering routine queries from staff and managers via the HR helpdesk. The role will work seamlessly with our payroll provider to ensure all payroll activity is co-ordinated and that an accurate payroll is delivered on behalf of Mind You will be expected to deal with issues in a proactive and consistent manner, communicating professionally and appropriately with people at all levels of the organisation and build effective working relationships with the managers that you support. The role requires a strong customer focus, excellent organisational skills, personal resilience and a positive attitude.
