Set in the heart of Tonbridge School The E.M. Forster Theatre (main house 360 seats and studio 100 seats) is home to the Drama Department, part of the vibrant School community and a professional receiving house for a wide variety of events.
The Drama Technician will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic theatre
professional working with a team of teachers/directors and supporting the Drama Department in a number of aspects including taking charge of technical and backstage production, preparing technical aspects of lessons and examination pieces, and working with students age 13-18.
This role would suit an experienced graduate of either Technical Theatre or Drama, and/or someone with a good working knowledge of both sound and lighting design, and/or someone with Stage Management experience.
Full Time 40 hours per week, flexible to include evenings, public holidays and
Salary £23,000 - £27,000 pa depending on experience. Excellent benefits package.
