My client is looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join their team based in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded company and this role is working within the company's busy finance team. The successful candidate will provide and maintain an efficient and effective credit control system, to ensure all account queries are dealt with appropriately. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities include:
?? To provide comprehensive credit control support
?? Making and receiving calls regarding overdue invoices
?? Building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts
?? Sending out statements and reminder letters to clients
?? Dealing with any account queries and correspondence
?? Arranging invoices and instalment payments
?? Preparing account reconciliations
?? Answering account queries from internal and external clients
?? Monthly preparation and distribution of Aged Debt reports

Requirements include:
?? Experience of 1 year working in a credit control role
?? A strong administrator with high attention to detail
?? A confident, natural communicator with both your team and with senior managers within the company
?? Keyboard and IT skills including word, spreadsheets and database
?? Numerate and Literate
?? Strong interpersonal skills
?? Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet scheduled work deadlines.
