JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Receptionist to provide essential front of house service to assist to smooth and efficient operation of all functions with the office.
- Answering all calls on the switchboard
- Receive all deliveries and visitors
- Provide secretarial back up
- Inputting invoice onto Sage (training given)
- Maintain all office stationery
- Managing all enquiries
- Any other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Confident and have good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
- Experience of working within a busy reception area
