Our client is a well-established foodservice wholesaler based just outside of Oxford, with over 50 years experience in the industry. They have tripled their business over the past ten years and are currently looking to expand our Telesales Department. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team, operating in a fast paced and exciting environment.
Responsibilities

* Build long term relationships with customers over the phone
* Take incoming calls and solve customer queries & issues
* Inputting orders over the phone and taking the opportunity to discuss current promotions
* No cold calling

Required skills
* Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
* Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks
* Excellent communications skills
* Customer focused with a proactive approach
* Able to work well in a team
* Good attention to detail
*Full time & permanent
