Housingrecruit.com is advertising for two Environmental Services Supervisors on behalf of our client. They are one of the largest registered providers of social housing, made up of seven social housing, development and property management organisations operating in a federated structure based solely in the North West of England.

In April 2017, they brought the Group together under the Onward brand to signal their intention to increase their impact and to make a greater contribution to the communities and customers they serve.  They are delivering a major transformation change programme, in the way in which they deliver services and how they are structured as a business.

As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting their wider leasehold strategy, they are looking for two Environmental Services Supervisors to join their Operations team.

Reporting to the Environmental Services Team Leader (Operations) you will manage a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives and supervise the provision of contract and in-house services including grounds maintenance, caretaking and cleaning. You will deliver an excellent customer service, responding effectively to customer enquiries while on site and through all other means, and taking remedial action where necessary to ensure quality standards are met.

You will support the delivery of an excellent customer service and assist in the development of service standards and KPI’s.

There are two posts available with one post in Liverpool (the base location address is Unit 405, Century Building, Brunswick Business Park, Liverpool but this could be flexible within the region) and one in Runcorn (Priory House, Northway, Runcorn, WA7 2FS).

To be successful you will have experience of thriving in a team context, maintaining excellent relationships whilst having a track record of working under pressure, meeting deadlines and hitting targets in a customer facing role. You will have knowledge of health and safety responsibilities.

 Closing Date: 18th March 2018
