Do you have experience of working with people who have learning disabilities?
Are you a senior support worker seeking a new oppurtunity in a growing organisation? or a suport worker who seeking a step up? if so then we wish to hear from.
You will be joining a CQC registered social home based in Croydon providing a short break service for adults with leaning difficulties with a tailored care plans that meet their preferences and wishes.
The successful candidate must have over 2 years' experience working in a similar environment with an understanding of working with people with learning disabilities/complex needs and hold a NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or be prepared to work towards obtaining a QCF level 3 qualification and experince leading a team
