Sports Centre Supervisors
Salary: Up to £24,174 (FTE) and eligibility for discretionary bonus scheme
Location: The Gryphon Sports Centre, Sherborne, Dorset
Contract status: Permanent, Part-time
Hours will include shift work over a 7-day period

An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Gryphon Sports Centre, Sherborne.
We are seeking entrepreneurial and dynamic individuals to join our supervisory team, to offer a great customer experience at our Sports Centre and support our drive to develop the Centre’s offer.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the Centre to ensure safe and well-maintained facilities, accessible and inclusive for the community.
Ideal candidates will have experience of supervising staff and at least 12 months experience in a customer-facing role within the leisure sector. A fitness, coaching or instructor qualification and a willingness to undertake further training would be advantageous.
