Gradus is a market leading manufacturer of interior finishing products, specialising in barrier matting, wall protection, LED lighting, stair nosings and floor trims, and are part of the international Gerflor Flooring Group.
We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Support Administrator to join our team based in Macclesfield.
The main responsibilities of the role are;
- Working with our sales lead system to identify project opportunities and customers, and then to work alongside our field sales team to develop these opportunities into product specifications.
- Undertaking outbound telemarketing activity to generate appointments for our Area Sales Managers
- Developing incoming customer enquiries to maximise potential product specifications.
- Developing customer relationships.
Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. You must also be computer literate and have an eye for detail. Previous outbound telemarketing experience would be beneficial. The ability to organise a busy workload and prioritise efficiently is essential.
