Lettings Negotiator

This rapidly growing estate agent based in Hillingdon, is offering this exciting opportunity to join their Lettings Team. This is a fantastic time to join this business as they are currently working along side one of the biggest housing associations in the U and constantly providing warm leads to the team.

Responsibilities:

The company are looking for a negotiator to join their team with previous sales experience. Experience in the Lettings industry is not required as full training will be provided.

The core responsibilities are as follows:
- To ensure that a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude is maintained
- To register and record details of applicants and their requirements
- To arrange suitable accompanied viewings
- To record details on the property to let form for prospective Landlords
- After appropriate training, where possible, value properties, advising the Landlord of the anticipated rental income, and ensuring and negotiating with the Landlord of the services on offer
- To confirm any offer on the property in writing and, where necessary, to negotiate between the two parties.

No experience required, training is provided.

Essential skills:

- Previous sales experience in any industry
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Money motivated.
- Full UK Driving License and own car absolutely essential
