G4S Facilities Management has been responsible for managing facilities at the GCHQ building in Cheltenham since June 2000. We provide a range of support services including security, mail services, reception and facilities management and we are now looking for organised and resourceful people to join us and ensure that we continue to provide a high level of service for our customers. Due to existing vacancies and an expansion of services we are recruiting for the following:

Conference and Training Assistant

Full time, Mon - Fri

As the Conference and Training Assistant you will set up training/meeting rooms ensuring they are ready and available for each training session and meeting. It is important you are organised and methodical and are able to adapt to fluctuating workloads. Previous experience in customer service is vital as well as knowledge in MS word and Excel. This is a physical role and involves some manual handling and extended periods of walking.
