The royal exchange theatre is currently seeking a HR Assistant to join the HR team
The Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester is one of the largest and most successful producers of new theatre in the UK. Our mission is to change the way people see theatre, each other and the world around them.
Our HR team is growing, and an opportunity has arisen for an Assistant to support our HR Manager.
We employ 150 staff, have 120 volunteers and contract 350 freelance workers and creatives each year. You will provide HR admin support for the full workforce which includes employees, freelance and casual workers, apprentices and volunteers.
Our ideal candidate is someone with some previous HR experience who wants to pursue a career in HR and would be excited to develop their skills in a creative and fast-moving arts organisation. You will need to thrive under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
