I am looking for a registered manager to join an established children`s residential service specialising in the delivery of high quality care for adolescents with social, emotional and behavioural disorders.

You will manage either one or two established and well run children's residential services in close proximity of each other in North Warwickshire.

You will become a key part of a professional, focussed care provider who are committed to making a difference to the lives of the young people in their care. You will work closely with an established team of managers and support staff to deliver care and support in line with both company and OFSTED guidelines.

Established for over ten years, this organisation has built a strong reputation with the local commissioners and placement teams, due to the quality care they deliver.

You will work alongside the senior management team to oversee the day to day operational running of this already "good" rated service. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home as a whole including the staff team, the welfare of the young people, the house finances and other resources. You will deliver and maintain good practices of care as required by the company and OFSTED.

I am looking for a registered manager who has a real passion to make a difference to the lives of the young people in their care. You will be dynamic, motivated and emancipate even within the most challenging of situations. As registered manager you will lead by example and be available to work flexible hours in order to meet the ever changing needs of the service.

To apply for this vacancy, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background as a registered manager within children`s residential care settings. You will hold a suitable care management qualification (NVQ 4/RMA or QCF level 5 in leadership and management for care services) and have extensive OFSTED knowledge and experience. Based on the requirement of the service, you will need to have flexibility to work the on call rota.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

This fantastic opportunity offers a highly competitive salary up to £35000 per annum. You will also receive a generous annual leave allowance, continued training and development and the opportunity to secure further professional qualifications.

I am looking for immediate applications for this exciting and challenging role. Applications can be submitted via email or online via the BS Social Care Website.
