Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Walsall, West Midlands
Permanent, 37 hours per week

One of our five and strategic aims is to ‘grow and expand our services, our reach and our range;’ could you be the Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Development team and help us achieve this?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Sales and Marketing team and play a key role in this critical part of whg. In this exciting role, you will provide excellent customer service as part of our sales and marketing function and assist in achieving our sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to use your excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure that customers and colleagues are kept up-to-date on the progress of sales. You’ll also need a good eye for detail when updating our customer database, creating monthly sales reports and compiling customer satisfaction data.

We’re looking for someone who has experience of working in an administrative role and can demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You’ll need five  GCSEs at grade C or above and be able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
