My client, a prestigious market leader are looking for an outbound telephone advisor, to contact their existing customers, to secure follow up appointments and fill diary gaps for their various branches.
What you will be doing
" Supporting the Recall team
" To execute our recall process for all our practices every day to fill diary gaps
" Manage your own appointment targets
Key Skills needed
" Highly motivated and resourceful
" Positive attitude is key - training will be provided
" Excellent telephone manner
" Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
" Attention for detail
" Good knowledge of Excel and Word
This role is offered on a three week temporary contract to cover full time hours 9am until 6pm, Monday - Friday - candidates applying must be available during the following dates 26th March - 13th April as this is to cover holiday leave.
Hourly rate of pay on offer is £7 - free secure parking on site and canteen facilities available.
