Recruitment Resourcer- Experienced

Experienced Resourcer needed for a busy recruitment office, based in the heart of Brighton. You would be working closely with the rest of the team to insure all client relationships are kept to a high standard. This position is will start out as temporary but there is an option to become permanent if wanted. You need to be available immediately.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and build upon relationships with existing and new candidates.
• Identify appropriate candidates for the positions.
• Liaise with key clients on a weekly basis to ensure a high level of services is maintained.

The ideal candidate will be:
• A strong communicator
• Well organised and able to prioritise and multi task
• Confident in person and on the phone
• Happy to work in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Stable in performance when working under pressure
• Able to use own initiative
• Motivated by a targeted driven environment

You must be degree educated.

Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: GBP8.00/ GBP10.00 an hour
