Studio Manager

Job Description

Experienced dynamic individual required for multi-faceted Studio Manager role in busy London design studio with an impressive roster of international clients spanning from product & industrial design to high-end conceptual furniture and gallery pieces.

This central role will work under direction from both Creative Directors and MD; manage the studio design team alongside the operational management of the studio & various PA responsibilities whilst managing on-going projects. Must demonstrate excellent organizational skill and time keeping ability, be highly adaptable, intuitive, diplomatic and be able to remain calm & perform well under pressure.

Essential:

• Demonstrate general knowledge and keen interest in art & design
• IT skill: Power Point, Key Note, Excel, Sage, In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Outlook
• Project Management experience
• Staff management ability
• General Accountancy ability
• Events Management experience
• Website & Social Channel management experience
• Diary management / PA experience
• Ability to manage well in creative environments
• Dealing with fabricators, tight deadlines, event planning, shipping logistics
