We are currently recruiting for a highly respected public sector organization based in North of Coventry with great links to public transport.
Our client is looking for suitable candidates who are available to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. This temporary position will be to start immiediately with the possibility of progression to a permanent role.
The role will involve receiving inbound calls from the new customers, and dealing with queries from existing cases. You will be working within a dynamic and friendly team, and excellent training will be provided. This role offers a genuine opportunity for progression within company.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a customer service role with call handling experience is essential.
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and an ability to empathize with customer needs.
- Ability to interpret policy/mandates to meet individual customer circumstances.
- Hard working and enthusiastic attitude
You must be able to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines, have excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail. Professional communication skills are prerequisite.
