Job Description
They are constantly looking for new ways to thoroughly and invasively test their software for releases to thousands of customers. This specific position requires focus on all levels of functionality within their CoPilot GPS navigation application and development kits, writing and executing test plans, and verifying fixes. Most importantly, this position requires a hands-on, persistent problem finder with desire to: 1) take pride in overall product quality, 2) keep close attention to the smallest details for all aspects of testing, 3) discover new creative and innovative ways to test, and 4) regularly work directly with developers and product owners to release great products.

Qualifications
- Deep technical and hands-on familiarity with how Android and iOS applications are expected to behave
- Understanding of how to identify the key vital signs for Android and iOS application health
- Interest in using tools like Wireshark to capture/analyze network communications, or Postman to mock and automate client/server interactions, or adb to manipulate/monitor Android devices.
- Desire to build a clear understanding of our proprietary feature functionality
- Experience using defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Desire to identify processes which can be automated in the interest of efficiency
- Ability to think creatively, considering every possible problem that might cause our products harm in the real world
- Experience with programming languages like Java or JavaScript is a plus
