The Demand Planning Lead will be responsible for driving planning process excellence and day to day product forecasting. The role is based in Weybridge, Surrey.

Description
The Demand Planning Lead will be responsible for the following:
Compiling regional demand plans through data analysis and statistical modelling
Managing inventory demand conclusions
Working with the regional hubs to improve forecasting overall and align the business to a shared process and planning tool
Performing data extraction from various IT systems to generate models for finished goods across multiple commercial regions
Continuous improvement
Product compliance
Developing S&OP process
Profile
The Demand Planning Lead must possess a proven track record in hands on collaborative forecasting in a consumer environment.
You will promote high performance, innovation and continual improvement.
As planning lead you must have the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
