We are currently looking for a Commercial Service Desk to join our head office team based in Banbury. You will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.

Your responsibilities as our Commercial Service Desk include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls from external customers, service engineers and other areas of the business
- Logging service call requests received via telephone / fax / e-mail / post onto Service Management System.
- Scheduling of work for Field Service Engineers
- Liaison with customers in relation to service call progress and updating service management system accordingly.
- Despatching work to Field Service Engineers the SMS system
- Ordering of spare parts
- Chasing of outstanding spare part orders
- Generate invoice and resolve invoice queries
- Clearing outstanding calls
- Managing quotes for repair work via system
- Resolving invoice queries (e.g. chasing purchase order numbers)
- Undertaking other activities related to the department and its operation
- Provide telephone cover in line with business hours and departmental requirements
