Full Time Cook / Chef / Functions Assistant

A full time cook / chef / functions assistant required in Northampton.
Standard hours are 7am - 3pm Tuesday - Sunday. Approx. 1 weekend off in 3.
The daily menu consists of mainly Breakfasts, Burgers, Hot Baguettes and sandwiches. There is the opportunity for the right person to help develop the menu to increase sales.
The Golf Centre offers occasional functions with buffets and a la carte menus. They have regular conferences which they cater for weekly giving the right applicant a chance to cook some more varied meals.
This job requires someone very reliable and highly motivated. Although you will be the chef / cook, you will be required to take food downstairs as the kitchen is upstairs. You will also be required to set up for the meetings so this is a very varied role and not just cooking.
