Change Recruitment Groups prestigious asset management client is looking to appoint a Client relations Administrator to join their team who are the main point of contact for all individual clients and intermediaries. Also dealing with queries from shareholders who hold their investment trust shares elsewhere.

Purpose of Role:
To ensure efficient administration of retail investment products together with responsibility for correspondence and telephone enquiries. Monitoring of third party administrator and provision of project support.


Responsibilities of the Client relations Administrator:

- Monitor third party administrator through checking daily process output
- Investigate, monitor and report on breaches
- Ensure accurate and timely inputting of CRM and AWD enquiries
- Deal with notifiable complaints
- Assist with AML verification
- Answer telephone/email and reply to letter enquiries
- Administrative Project support


Background of the Client Relations Administrator:

- Relevant experience within a client relations role
- Experience of operating within the Financial Services sector
- Knowledge of current regulations, including COBS, CASS and Complaint Handling
- Previous regulatory experience preferred
- Experience of TPA monitoring desirable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Good organisational skills
- Numerate, accurate and conscientious
