Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Care Coordinator, to join our Bournemouth team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an EXCELLENT opportunity for the candidate, wishing to progress in a role, where they will help build and grow our Bournemouth Office from the very start.

The Role

• Managing Supervisors and seniors
• Delivery of Rotas
• Allocation and quality of Assessments and Care Plans
• Allocation and quality of Client Reviews
• Allocation and quality of Spot Checks
• Allocation and quality of Staff Supervisions
• Management of On-call for branch
• Liaise with IHT
• Responsible for ensuring staff training and qualifications are correct

Benefits

Salary range £19,000-23,000, plus paid petrol costs of 45 pence per mile. We also offer contracted hours once probation is completed. Holiday pay, Statutory sick and maternity pay as well as Annual Bonus. Progression including NVQ in health and social care and CPD with our ever-growing business.
