What will you be doing?
As Credit Control Team Lead, youll assist in driving team performance as well as handling complex cases. Youll be responsible for engaging fully in the collections process while taking a hands on approach to managing day to day tasks. Further, you will control a portion of the ledger and handle major account problems, maintain accurate team measurement and performance statistics and ensure that the credit team interacts well with customers and departmental colleagues
What skills/experience should you have?
SAP experienced or an adept systems learner
French, German or Dutch Language
Adept at resolving complex issues to a swift conclusion
Well developed, proactive cando attitude
34 years experience in an accounts receivable
