About the Role
The Youth Resilience service is a specialist adolescent multi-agency service, offering specialist support for young people aged between 13-18 and their families to reduce the risk of family breakdown with the exception of young people age 10+ that may enter into the criminal justice system and require youth justice intervention.
This role will support the strategic ambition to identify vulnerable and at-risk families at the earliest opportunity, providing targeted and holistic support in order to improve outcomes alongside identified needs. As a Team Manager for the Youth Resilience Service, they will be responsible for ensuring that adolescents are safeguarded from harm, that parents and carers are supported with their parenting capacity and to protect and nurture them whilst ensuring that the public is protected where youth offending is concerned.
