THE COMPANY
Our client is a four star hotel based in the heart of London with a number of food and drinks outlets as well as conference and meetings facilities. This is a fantastic time to join their marketing team as the hotel is undergoing a multimillion pound investment.

THE ROLE
As Design & Marketing Executive, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for the creation and production of marketing collateral bothr print and digital media across all their offerings including their restaurants, conference centre and cafes as well as internal communications like newsletters.
You main duties will include:
- Assisting the creation and implementation of the marketing and e-commerce strategy for the hotel through design of appealing online and offline assets, including copywriting
- Project managing print and digital campaign production, coordinating with key stakeholders and departments, clearly articulating project scope, objectives, deadlines and contingency plans
- Acting as brand guardian by ensuring marketing materials for all areas of the hotel are in keeping with guidelines
- Laying out and updating content within new and existing templates
- Liaising with external design and video production agencies, as and when, required

YOU
To be successful in this role of Design & Marketing Executive you should have the following:
- Proven design experience for both online and offline media
- Excellent written English as you will also be copywriting for all collateral
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
- Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage, but open to B2C
- Experience of photography and video editing /production also a plus!
