LTK Consultants has an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join their team based in Tile Hill, Coventry. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £23,000  per annum plus £2,000 Bonus (paid quarterly).

Responsibilities of our Contact Centre Team Leader

- Monitor performance of all agents conducting Inbound & Outbound booking calls for all Robins & Day dealers & Citroen Retail Group.

- Ensure that they key reports on performance are tracked and monitored during the day and to drive the team to hit the daily targets

- Provide accurate monthly reports that can be used by LTK senior management with Robins & Day HQ

- Ensure that team statistics are accurately reported and communicated to all team members (bookings/Telephony /productivity etc)

- Prioritise work tasks for the agents

- Co-ordinate staff rotas/holidays as required, to ensure adequate cover is available at all times

- Act as an ambassador for LTK

- Performance manage effectively

- Coach effectively

- Support the contact centre manager as required

Key Skills/Experience needed to become our Contact Centre Team Leader

- Strong analytical skills

- Good PC, numeracy, literacy and telephone skills

- Demonstrate a flexible approach to changes in the working practices and procedures

- Attention to detail

- Ability to build rapport

- Coaching of staff

- Good communication skills

- Team Leader

- Experience preferably gained within an after sales or call centre environment and have a friendly and professional personality to match
