Title - Junior Mate/Apprentice

Location - Bristol 

Job-time - Full-time, permanent

Salary - £5.60 to £7.00 per hour

Taranis Engineering Ltd currently has a junior mate / apprentice positions available, who shall be working out of our Bristol office.

Job title would be AC Installation Mate and duties would be those required by the directors to ensure the smooth running of the company. More details would be included in interview.

The job will involve working as a team where you shall be based on site. Our main core of business is Offices, hotels and Labs with a mixture of new builds and refurbishments. You will mainly be assisting the Engineer in prepping, installing and commissioning Air Conditioning systems.

As you progress with your career at Taranis we shall expect you to carry out more challenging and complex tasks such as Brazing / Welding, Plumbing, controls and commissioning.

Qualifications and Skills required:

You must be 18 or over and able to drive in order to apply. A minimum requirement would be C grade maths and C grade English. If they do not have these grades these would be needed and funded by the candidate in their time.

Pending the development of the successful candidates, college day release or further training maybe offered.
