Residential Children's Support Worker
We are currently sourcing candidates who are able to work in Burton-On-Trent for a long term booking.
The role involves working with children who have learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and physical disabilities in a residential setting.
If you have gained physical intervention training this would be an advantage as the young people would require this if necessary. Equally you should have all the necessary training within a children's setting and also be fully up to date with safeguarding.
Hours of work range from 07:00 - 16:00 and 13:00 - 22:00 for days and also 20:30 - 07:00 for nights at a pay rate of £10 per hour.
Day to day duties include taking the children to school (located on site) develop skills in achieving significant progress and successful outcomes for children and young people.
