CVC Credit Partners manages $18.1bn in assets in the US and Europe and invests across the capital structure, with dedicated vehicles for Performing Credit, Opportunistic Strategies and Private Debt. We are currently looking for an Investment Director - Global CLOs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the strategy and execution of CVC Credit's Global CLO originations
- Analyze and model structures for investment and securitization
- Assist in the review and negotiation of mandate letters, financing agreements and transactional documents
- Work with various stakeholders including portfolio managers, operational and legal/compliance teams
- Develop and maintain key CLO market data for comparison analysis
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Post graduate degree from a top ranked university / college
- Work experience in CLO Structuring gained in asset management, banks, financial institutions or renowned audit firms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in INTEX, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Independent, details-oriented and deliver results on time
- An ability to manage multiple tasks with strong interpersonal skills
