This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our busy Events team, as an additional Sales and Events Coordinator.
You will be working in the Events Department, which forms part of the hospitality service for College members and external users, with a team of up to five members.

Sales and Events Coordinator
The Sales and Events Coordinators assist the Events Manager in all aspects of Event Sales and Marketing in order to generate, manage and facilitate enquiries and bookings for external events.
Required skills and experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with good organisational, customer care, communication and IT skills, ideally with experience in conference administration for the hospitality sector, though this is not essential.
Conditions of Employment
This is a full-time position, working 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Normal working hours will be 9.00am until 5.00pm (4.00pm on Fridays), with an unpaid half-hour lunch break each day, although some flexibility in working hours may be required according to business need.
The salary for this position is £21,172 per annum. In addition, the College offers an excellent working environment, a competitive discretionary bonus scheme, 33 days’ annual leave (including bank/public holidays), enrolment into a contributory Group Personal Pension scheme, free staff lunch when on duty and car parking on site, subject to availability.
