Registered Manager, Children and Young People

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager for Children and Young People.

You will be working for an excellent provider of residential behavioural health services for children and young people in the UK. Working for a very stable and well established organisation, the successful candidate will be joining the group at a very exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future progression and development opportunities.

Holding the position of Registered Manager you will work alongside the senior management team, and be responsible for a four bedded Residential Children`s Home, that provides specialist care to children with emotional behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.

Within the role of Manager you will effectively oversee all aspects of the operational day to day management of the service. You will strive to deliver outstanding care and support for the young people in your care and their families. You will provide effective direction, guidance, support and leadership to your staff team and will deliver a service which is in line with both company and OFSTED guidelines.

You will be able to demonstrate managerial skills and be able to effectively lead by example. You will hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, hold relevant experience of managing a Residential Home and hold a full UK driving license.

This is a full time position with a salary of £35,000 with excellent bonus and benefits.
