Human Resources Advisor /HR Advisor (Policy and Projects)
Notional base will be Telford by 2019 (Interim period will be based at Stafford and Shrewsbury equally)
Salary £29,499.07
Permanent, 37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our proactive HR team to support our change projects and post-merger policy development and roll out.
We are seeking a diplomatic and confident candidate to take on this role; you will have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a busy HR Office at this level and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of HR best practice and employment law, with experience of policy development and change management.
You will produce and review high quality, business focused HR policies and procedures, analysing and using relevant data and researching current industry thought. You will also support a range of Group change projects, utilising your advisory and interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to a range of audiences are essential.
You will be committed to your own professional development and hold a minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification with Graduate CIPD status or equivalent.
