Networks Development Officer

You’ll be at the heart of National Day Nurseries Association, helping our member nurseries have a strong voice. When it comes to customer care, your superb skills in helping members make the most of all the benefits we offer will ensure they stay with us year after year.
Networks Development Officer
Location: Huddersfield
Contract type: Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £20,604 - £23,775
National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) is the national charity and membership association representing children’s day nurseries across the UK, giving them information, training and support so they can provide the best possible learning and care for young children.
NDNA is the voice of the day nursery sector, an integral part of the lives of one million children and their families. NDNA works with local and national government to develop an environment in which quality early learning and care can flourish.
Skills and experience:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Customer service environment experience
