Are you classically trained with a minimum 2 years solid experience in a fine dining restaurant? My client is looking for a reliable and talented Junior Sous to join their reputable restaurant in Notting Hill.

This fantastic opportunity offers the successful applicant the following:

• Highly regarded Head Chef- well known throughout the Hospitality and Catering industry
• High quality Modern European menu- regularly changing
• 6 shifts: Open dinner Tuesday - Sunday, lunch only Friday - Sunday
• Starting salary of GBP28k
• Culinary trips and meals with the team
• 2.5 days off weekly
