SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant in an outstanding Special Needs school in Blackburn.
A Special Needs School in Blackburn are in need of a caring teaching assistant to help support children with physical difficulties. The school offers great support and a friendly working environment with a great team. The post will involve small group work, supporting pupils on a one to one basis, assisting with curriculum support and will be helping with personal care.
The post is for 5 days per week and is with a view to long term.
The school is for students of various abilities, ranging from moderate learning difficulties to complex and profound needs. The post requires a talented SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant who is flexible, enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting children with educational needs to join their team of dedicated staff.
To be part of this team you will ideally need to be:
* A team player
* NVQ Level 3(or equivalent) Qualified
* Minimum of 6 months school experience
* Able to adapt to all environments
