We're looking for a tenacious, proactive Press & PR Officer to join our team and help us meet our ambitious goals. Position: Press & PR Officer Type: Permanent, Full Time Location: MS National Centre, Cricklewood, London Salary: GBP28,929 - GBP33,332 (Band E, Level 1) Department: External Affairs At the MS Society, we make sure people living with MS are at the centre of everything we do. About this job This is a really exciting time at the MS Society, as next year we will be launching our most challenging fundraising campaign to date. As our Press & PR Officer, you will work alongside colleagues to develop original, engaging PR campaigns that celebrate our achievements and boost our profile across both on and offline channels. You will produce impactful media coverage to promote our fundraising campaigns, services, events and research and help us to raise vital awareness of MS at a critical time for the condition. The chosen candidate will have experience in a relevant environment (such as a press office, PR agency or journalism), and be comfortable juggling competing priorities as part of a busy team. You'll have a strong news sense, excellent writing and communications skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
