Located in Stoneleigh Park near Coventry, Warwickshire, Lantra is a successful commercially focused charity, providing high quality training and qualification products for skills and workforce development in land-based industries. With a staff of over ninety people and a turnover of £7m, we up-skill more than 85,000 people each year and work with businesses and other stakeholders to create innovative skills solutions. 

While this role is primarily data entry focused, it is a varied customer service position with opportunities to interact with customers via telephone and email, as well as the scope to learn and grow within Lantra. 

Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract until December 2018. 

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will process technical awards, qualifications, NHSS certificates and card applications for the Lantra Provider network. 

In this key role, you will accurately process customers’ orders and answer any questions they may have in a timely manner. 

Additionally, your duties will involve: 

- Advising customers on our products, services and the booking of training 
- Maintaining accurate records of any customer complaints or errors 
- Accurately marking externally assessed question papers and reporting their results on our online system 
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes 
- Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all data 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience of working in a customer service environment 
- Strong MS Office 2010 skills, including MS Excel and the ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets 

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Organised and committed, you will have excellent attention to detail and will enjoy data entry work and following process to complete work. 

The ability to juggle different tasks successfully, such as answering the phone while entering data, is also key. Equally, you will have good typing skills and will be quick to learn new systems and processes.
