Head of Supporter Relations
Our client is a national charity that supports those with criminal convictions, their children and their families.
Position: Head of Supporter Relations
Location: Central Office
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: GBP45,000 to GBP50,000 gross per annum

About the role:
They are seeking a dynamic & experienced fundraiser to lead their small but successful team and support the charity's continued innovation and growth in services & advocacy for people affected by imprisonment, including prisoners, people with convictions, and prisoners' children and families.
As the leading national charity known for their work with and for prisoners' children & families, they now deliver services at over 60 prisons, as well as in courts and communities across England & Wales. They raise funds from charitable trusts, grant-makers, donors and parishes, to support their core services, and to develop innovative programmes to give their service users a voice and to pioneer new ways of working with their colleagues in HM Prison & Probation Service.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a key strategic role, requiring excellent fundraising & management skills, including bid writing & development, team leadership, donor development, budgeting & networking.
You will manage an excellent small team including a highly experienced trusts fundraiser, a parish & donor relations manager and a team administrator. You will work closely with colleagues in Business Development, Finance, Services, and the CEO's Communications team.

The ideal candidate will have the capability to grow the charity's income, inspire & support the team, maintain and expand their excellent relationships and reputation, and work sensitively & with integrity with stakeholders including service users, colleagues, grant makers, and their core base of support within the Catholic community.
