They work with the world's most influential artists, chefs, writers and thinkers to produce innovative books on art, photography, design, architecture, fashion, food and travel, and illustrated books for children. This company is headquartered in London and New York City.

You will be responsible for creating and executing promotional campaigns that drive sales and conversion, analysis and reporting on activity, primarily via email, social media and partnerships.

Key Objectives

Drive revenue by increasing:
- engagement
- conversion
- customer average spend

Key responsibilities and tasks

- Develop and execute a yearly promotional calendar based on the consumer purchase cycle, category based themes and product release schedule
- Plan and implement agreed promotional campaigns that increase engagement, conversion and sales and make optimal use of key channels - onsite, email and social media
- Develop design briefs that incorporate all visual and messaging assets required across all channels
- Manage, measure and report on all campaigns implemented
- Create and adapt marketing copy for each applicable channel
- Develop and execute ongoing added value initiates to increase average spend and enagement
- Manage and implement the agreed newsletter cycle, initiate and test new ideas to drive open, click and conversion rates
- Implement a cycle of automated and behavioural communications based on segment or target group behaviour
- Ongoing management and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive visitors to signup and convert
- Develop, adapt and test marketing communications to optimise engagement and conversion
- Work closely with global marketing and publicity teams to initiate and implement the digital aspect of all partnership activity to maximise conversion
- Weekly and monthly reporting on campaign activity

Skills and experience required

- 3-5 years working in an ecommerce consumer marketing environment
- Experience with marketing automation and digital marketing, as well as other more traditional campaign methods.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
- Exhibit experience in delivering end-to-end consumer/ecommerce campaigns
- Exhibit experience in data driven email marketing
- Exhibit experience in creating and implementing paid social media campaigns
- Must be a self-motivated team player
