Registered Managers Role

Are you an experienced Manager looking for a new opportunity? I have a fantastic position available for a Registered Manager to join a reputable and innovative charity in the heart of Brighton, East Sussex!

You will responsible for leading a care team and overseeing all aspects of two residential services based in Brighton. Both services are home to residents aged between 19 -25 years old who have complex learning disabilities including some service users who may have difficulties resulting from behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD), Autism Spectrum Condition and Pathological Demand Avoidance Syndrome (PDA).
You will act as a direct line manager for team leaders and as a member of the care management team take responsibility for the development of adult residential provision.

Applicant Criteria: To be considered for this role you will be experienced in working within a management role within residential car for people with learning disabilities. You will ideally hold a level 5 diploma in Leadership for health and Social Care and Children and Young people`s Services or equivalent. You should be experienced in supervising, guiding and supporting other memebers of staff. You will have a good understanding of current legalisation and regulations and knowledge of CQC.

This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from £29,139 - £35,433 and benefits include fantastic annual leave of 40 days per annum!! Onging training and support is provided in this role.
