Position: Registered Cluster Manager
Location: Kent North - across a cluster of services over three locations - Seven Oaks, Dartford and Bigging Hill (Bromley)
Salary: GBP29,269 (rising to GBP30,257 upon registration and successful completion of probationary period)

About the Role:
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a "cluster" of services, inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure your services are safe, caring, effective and well led. This is a great opportunity to gain registered status, take on new responsibilities and build your management and leadership skills.

You'll need to ensure that support from your registered services meets all the relevant fundamental standards and you'll need to demonstrate you understand your legal responsibilities and know what to do to ensure a service is compliant.

About You:
This is a demanding role for someone who is ready to step up and take their leadership and management skills to the next level. You need to have a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Level 5 or equivalent. If not, you will need to be able to achieve this, with their support, within your first 12 months. You'll also need experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, ideally with people with complex needs. Experience of supervising and managing a team is essential.

A full UK Driving Licence, and access to a vehicle, is essential.
