ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a permanent role leading reporting, analytics and insights for Amnesty's Global Fundraising and Engagement team. You will manage a team of two staff dedicated to providing fundraising performance reporting, analysis, benchmarking and recommendations to Amnesty's national offices, and engagement analytics in support of supporter growth and retention. We have an ambitious 4 year plan to grow our global fundraising targets and engage our international membership constituency of which we are half-way through and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for ensuring we are providing top notch data and analysis to make the right investment decisions, optimise our supporter experience, and ensure we are performing well against similar organizations. You will ensure our technical infrastructure around data is sound, including implementing best practice around data hygiene and data protection. In addition, you will work closely with other data specialists in the organization in communications, and IT. ABOUT YOUYou will have demonstrable experience of managing the analytics of a Fundraising or Communications department. You will have the experience of working in a multi-national charity in order to understand how to analyse and provide insights into Fundraising performance across the different channels including Face to Face, telemarketing, trusts and foundations, high value and digital. In addition, you are well versed in supporter engagement and the donor funnel in order to provide actionable data on digital channel performance. You take data hygiene and security seriously and will be able to manage the business operations to reflect best practice. You understand the importance of stakeholder management and will be close enough to the operations to identify and mitigate risks before they happen.
