International Programmes Manager
This new role will play a key role in leading a step change in the way we manage and communicate our work with Jesuit partners overseas. We aim to increase our programme spend, strengthen our relationships with partners and increase the impact of the programmes we support. You will be part of a small, well-established organisation which, for over 50 years, has worked with communities in Africa, Asia and Latin America. You will be the primary point of contact with partners, providing advice and undertaking project monitoring, evaluation and learning. You will also contribute to the strategic leadership of JM in collaboration with the Director. In recent years, JM has responded to humanitarian crises. Currently we are supporting a major initiative in India led by the Jesuits helping 300,000 people to access their basic rights. We have strong relationships with Jesuit schools in Zimbabwe and are exploring how we can engage more effectively with Fe Y Alegria, the renowned Jesuit educational organisation. To apply, please send an up to date CV including two referees one of whom should be your most recent employer, and a covering letter (2 sides A4 max) indicating how you meet the criteria set out in the person specification.
