Learning and Development Manager

9 month FTC

My client are a brewery based in West London. They require a L+D Manager to join their People Team until the end of 2018. As the L+D Manager you will be responsible for ensuring there is a learning and development offering in place for non-managerial employees.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring employees have access to high quality learning and development support

Ensuring offerings such as inductions, in-role development, role progression etc. is in place for non-managerial employees

Forecast the volume of learning required

Play a key role in setting and managing the department budget

Working with stakeholders to review, evaluate, and develop the training offering

Set the the framework for in-role development

Play a leading role in the training

Help drive and shape the business's L+D offering

Key skills/experience:

Previous L+D management experience

LMS and e-learning software knowledge

Ability to design and deliver training

Have a creative and innovative mind-set

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Senior stakeholder management

Commercially aware

People management experience

CIPD or Trainer qualification (or equivalent)
